ENROLLING NEW ENTRANTS

Four weeks prior to your child’s fifth birthday you and your child are invited to visit the New Entrant room each Friday morning for part or all of the morning to meet the teacher and children.  For the first visit it is acceptable that you stay with your child but on subsequent visits you may leave him/her when they feel confident to be left for part of the visit. 

You need to bring your child’s birth certificate and complete the Medical Information card and Enrolment form on one of these visits.  Upon enrolling your child all immunisations, as listed on the School Health Card, H 619, need to  be listed on the immunisation certificate (in Plunket book or provided by doctor).  This certificate should be presented on enrolling.  Please visit the school office on the first day your child attends to complete enrolment.
